Removal Procedure

  1. Open the front and rear doors.
  2. Remove the upper striker trim cover. Refer to Trim Cover Replacement - Rear Access Door Striker (Coupe) .
  3. Gently pull the headliner down in the area of the striker to gain access to the attachment bolts.
  4. Mark the location of the upper striker.
  5. Remove the upper striker bolts.
  6. Remove the upper striker and spacers.
