Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the left instrument panel (I/P) outer trim cover. Refer to Instrument Panel (I/P) Outer Trim Cover Replacement .

  2. Remove the steering column filler panel screws.
  3. Pull out on the filler panel in order to release the retaining fasteners.

  4. Disconnect the rear compartment release switch electrical connector.
