Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the steering column filler panel fasteners.
    2. Fig 2: Removing Hood Release Cable From Lever

  2. Remove the hood release cable from the lever by releasing the cable housing, then rotating the cable downward to the cutout.
  3. Remove the steering column filler panel.
