Installation Procedure

  1. Route the hood release cable through the I/P retainer.
  2. Install the hood release cable to the lever.
  3. Install the steering column filler panel.
    4. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  4. Install the fasteners.

    Tighten:  Tighten the steering column filler panel fasteners to 2.2 N.m (19 lb in).
