Installation Procedure

  1. Apply Loctite 242® Threadlocker P/N 21485277, or equivalent, to the latch bolts.
    2. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  2. Install the rear seat back beam latch to the rear seat back beam assembly and secure with the latch bolts.

    Tighten:  Tighten the rear folding seat back latch fasteners to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

  3. Install the rear seat back beam latch assembly. Refer to Seat Back Beam Latch Replacement - Rear (Wagon) .
