Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the striker cover by pulling up at the center to disengage the tabs on each end.

  2. Remove the rocker cover. Refer to Rocker Panel Molding Replacement (Sedan/Wagon) or Rocker Panel Molding Replacement (Coupe) in Exterior Trim.
  3. Mark the outside position of the striker on the rocker with a soft marker.

  4. Remove the striker fasteners and remove the striker and spacers, if present.
