Removal Procedure

    CAUTION: Refer to Battery Disconnect Caution in Cautions and Notices.
  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Disconnect the positive battery cable.
  3. Remove the left and right lower trim panel extension by pulling outward at the dual-lock locations.
  4. Rotate the panels outward to disengage hinges from the console.

  5. Remove the connectors (1-3).

  6. Remove the fixture holding the instrument panel fuse block (IPFB) in place.
  7. Remove the IPFB from the vehicle.
