Removal Procedure

    NOTE: Place protective covers on body to prevent paint damage.
    NOTE: To protect paint from damage, tape quarter panel along/under quarter glass encapsulation using a thick tape.
  1. Open the door and disengage the clips for the rear side door upper trim panel.

  3. Disengage the clips for the rear side door opening frame upper rear blackout filler and remove.

  5. Remove the rear side door lower trim panel. Refer to Rear Side Door Trim Panel Replacement (Coupe)  or Rear Side Door Trim Panel Replacement (Sedan/Wagon) .
  6. Remove the retaining bolts from the window.

  8. Remove the window from the door by applying outward pressure to the inside of the window. Use a heat gun around the window edges to soften the Butyl-tape if necessary.
