Inner Dash Panel Insulator: Removal

  1. Remove HVAC module. (Refer to HVAC MODULE procedure in HVAC.)
  2. Remove inner dash panel insulator fasteners.
    NOTE: Cutting the old dash panel insulator, at the top of the pass- through opening, on the driver's side will allow the dash panel to be removed without having to disconnect wiring harnesses.
  3. Remove inner dash panel insulator.
