Glove Compartment Door Lock: Removal

Remove glove compartment door cover. Refer to GLOVE COMPARTMENT DOOR COVER procedure.
Insert key into glove compartment door lock cylinder and rotate cylinder clockwise 90°. Cylinder will stop and retainer tumbler (first tumbler) will be visible.
Depress retainer tumbler with a thin flat blade screwdriver.

Rotate glove compartment door lock cylinder an additional 907° and remove lock cylinder.
