Rear Brake Rotor: Installation

  1. Position rotor onto hub, and install rotor retaining screw and tighten to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  .
  2. Install caliper onto rear axle control arm and tighten to specification.
  3. Install brake pipe bracket to rear axle control arm and tighten to specification.
  4. Install brake pads. See REAR BRAKE PADS & CALIPER  .
  5. Bleed brakes. See BLEEDING BRAKE SYSTEM  .
  6. Install wheel. Tighten to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  . Lower vehicle from hoist.
