Inner Dash Panel Insulator: Installation

  1. Cut the new dash panel insulator.

  2. Install dash panel insulator into vehicle. Make sure to route wiring harnesses through opening on driver's side of dash panel insulator.
  3. Apply weatherstrip adhesive to the backside of the dash panel insulator on both sides of the area where the cut was made.
  4. Install dash panel insulator fasteners.
  5. Install HVAC module. (Refer to HVAC MODULE procedure in HVAC.)
