2007 Sky Damage to front fenders Follow SI procedures for lifting vehicle. Don't lift vehicle until clearance between fender and hoist is verified. "Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle" in SI
2007 Sky Passenger side air bag trim cover is not flush with I/P Reinstall the air bag so the air bag trim cover is flush with the I/P pad. Don't replace the air bag. PIC3928

2007 Sky Hood/door paint damage Close both doors before closing the hood. Don't close the hood before closing the doors if the door(s) is in the first detent. PIC3979
2007 Sky Radio audio pop, distortion, or bleed Reprogram the radio with new calibrations available in April, 2006. Don't replace the radio. 06-08-44-007A
2006 ION with 2.4L LE5 DTC P1516 or P1682 falsely set Reprogram ECM using SPS (SSS). Don't replace any sensors or ECM. 06-06-04-018
2003-2006 ION No crank or no start, DTC B2960 and/or B3033 set Verify that the ignition switch has been replaced. Don't replace the BCM before checking the ignition switch. 04-08-45-005D

2006 VUE SIR code B0092 or PPSS code 52 set Check the seat back (heated seat) 4-way connector for intermittent contact. Don't replace the PPS sensor. PIT3723
