Enabling

ENABLING THE SIR SYSTEM

1. Turn the steering wheel so that the vehicle's wheels are pointed straight ahead.
2. Turn ignition switch OFF position and remove key.
3. Connect both yellow two-way connectors.







4. Fasten clips on yellow two-way connectors to I/P panel brace.
5. Install IGN 1 mini-fuse in under hood fuse block.
6. Turn ignition On and verify AIR BAG telltale operates properly.







7. Install lower left I/P closeout panel.
