Conditions For Setting DTC P0710
DTC P0710 will set under the following conditions:
- No ground or open in temperature circuit.
- No short circuit in temperature circuit.
- Temperature value is less than a calculated temperature based on engine temperature and intake air temperature.
NOTE:
PCM uses 2 internal circuits to identify transaxle temperature. One circuit is used for temperatures of 118°F (48°C) or less. If either circuit has failed, DTC P0710 will set. Temperature may look normal in other range.
