Malfunction Indicator Light (MIL)

Malfunction Indicator Light (MIL) is controlled by PCM. The light will be on if a problem is present when ignition is on, or light will flicker on and off to indicate a problem has occurred. MIL is also used to flash engine related trouble codes.
