Chart B - Air Bag Warning Light Comes On Steady: Description

When ignition switch is turned on, IGNITION 1 voltage is applied to AIR BAG warning light that is connected to AIR BAG terminal No. A7 of SDM. AIR BAG fuse applies battery voltage to IGNITION 1 input, terminal No. A10. SDM responds by flashing AIR BAG warning light 7 times. If IGNITION 1 is outside normal operating voltage range of 9-16 volts, AIR BAG warning light will come on steady with no DTCs set.
