Harsh Upshifts
- If a new transaxle has been installed, perform test drive to reset PCM adaptive memory. If upshifts are still harsh, quick check line actuator. If line actuators are stuck, replace stuck actuators.
- If line actuators are okay, check hydraulic pressure in each gear. If line pressure is out of range in any gear, check for a sticking line pressure regulator valve, faulty line actuator in affected range and damaged clutch plates in affected range.
