Review Malfunction (MALF) history using scan tool. Ensure transaxle connector is clean and tight.

Information flag 68 may set or intermittent harsh upshifts may be caused by poor connection at PCM, actuator connector plate or underhood junction block. Wiggling connectors while performing an actuator quick test may isolate problem area.
