Preliminary Procedure  Remove the steering wheel. Refer to STEERING WHEEL REPLACEMENT . Loosen the steering column trim covers for access. Refer to STEERING COLUMN TRIM COVER REPLACEMENT .
1	Steering Wheel Inflatable Restraint Module Coil Bolt (Qty: 4) Refer to FASTENER CAUTION .
2	Steering wheel inflatable restraint module coil Procedure  Disconnect any electrical connectors as needed. Transfer the steering wheel position sensor. Refer to STEERING WHEEL POSITION SENSOR REPLACEMENT . NOTE: Do not remove the centering tab from a new steering wheel inflatable restraint module coil until it has been installed or re-centering will be required. If re-centering of the steering wheel inflatable restraint module coil is needed then refer to INFLATABLE RESTRAINT STEERING WHEEL MODULE COIL CENTERING .
