Front Side Door Adjustment

1 Front Side Door
Refer to FASTENER CAUTION .
Procedure 
  1. Loosen the four front side door hinge bolts to adjust the front side door.
  2. Adjust the front side door in order to obtain an even gap between the front side door and the rear door, the rocker panel and the front fender and so that the front side door is flush with the rear door, the rocker panel and the front fender.

Adjustment 
  • Front side door to front fender

    (A) 3.5 mm ± 0.75 mm (0.14 in ± 0.03 in)

  • Front side door to rear side door

    (B) 3.5 mm ± 0.75 mm (0.14 in ± 0.03 in)

  • Front side door to rear side door

    (C) 3.5 mm ± 0.75 mm (0.14 in ± 0.03 in)

  • Front side door to rocker outer panel

    (D) 4.5 mm ± 1.5 mm (0.18 in ± 0.06 in)


Tighten 
25 Nm (18 lb ft)
