Parking lamp, tail lamp, number plate lighting and marker lamp

The parking, tail and number plate lights come on when the headlamp switch is moved to the parking light or dipped beam position or whenever headlamps are requested. When BCM receives a request from the headlamp switch to light the parking lights, BCM transmits a pulse width modulation signal, which lights the parking, tail and number plate lights.
