Main-beam flash (standard) RPO TT4
When the dipped beam headlamps are on and the direction indicator/multifunction stalk is temporarily moved to the main beam flash position, ground is fed to the direction indicator/multifunction stalk. The direction indicator/multifunction stalk grounds BCM through the main beam flash signal circuit. BCM then grounds the main beam relay control circuit. This means that the main beam relay is supplied current so that the contacts on the main beam relay connecting side close, which causes battery voltage to be fed to the fuses of the left and right main beam. Battery voltage is fed from the main beam fuses through the main beam voltage supply circuit to the main beam headlamp units. This causes the main beam headlamps to come on at full intensity for a short period of time until the main beam flash stalk-switch is released.
