Circuit/System Description

The keyless entry control module receives a discrete input signal from the driver and passenger doors from the door-ajar signal of the switch circuit. The driver-side window motor receives a discrete input signal from the driver door-not-closed switch circuit. The passenger-side window switch receives a discrete signal from the passenger door-not-closed switch circuit. Door-ajar switch circuits and door-not-closed switch circuits are integral parts of the door handle units. When a door is open the door-ajar and door-notclosed switch circuits close. When the door-ajar switches are closed, the door-ajar switch circuit is connected to ground. Window switches communicate door-not-closed signal data serially via the keyless entry control module
