"No Remote Detected" message - no start: Action

With this s/w update the scanning for the remote key has been changed from only searching with the antenna between the front seats twice to the following enhanced procedure:

MY 2010

  1. Antenna between front seats search once
  2. Antenna on dashboard search once
  3. Antenna between front seats search once

MY 2011

  1. Antenna between front seats search once
  2. Antenna on dashboard search once
  3. Antenna between front seats search once
  4. Antenna on dashboard search once

This new scanning scheme will significantly improve the situation with a remote key that is not detected at start.

Since new BCM software is not available for MY10, the scan time will only give 3 searches.
