To fit

  1. Position the OnStar control module.
  2. Plug in the connector.
    IMPORTANT: Take care when plugging in the connector so as not to damage or press out the pins/sleeves in the connector. For further information regarding connectors, refer to CONNECTORS, HANDLING AND INSPECTION .

  3. Fit the OnStar control module's cover.
  4. Fit the luggage compartment floor.

  5. Fit the cover.
  6. Carry out Procedure after control module replacement. See Measures after changing the control module .
  7. Carry out reconfiguration  of the OnStar-system.
