Drive Belt Idler Pulley Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the accessory drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement - Accessory (Drive Belt Replacement - Accessory).
2. Remove the drive belt idler pulley and bolt.

Installation Procedure





Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice (Fastener Notice).

1. Install the drive belt idler pulley and bolt to the generator bracket.

Tighten the bolt to 50 Nm (37 ft. lbs.).

2. Install the drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement - Accessory (Drive Belt Replacement - Accessory).
