To fit

  1. Clean off any residue from seals and double-sided adhesive tape with benzine or equivalent.
  2. Clean under the spoiler mounting points and the surfaces on the tailgate on which the spoiler is to be fitted.
  3. Fit new seals and affix the double-sided adhesive tape under the center mounting point on the spoiler.
  4. Remove the backing from the double-sided adhesive tape and position the spoiler correctly, starting from the rear edge.

    IMPORTANT: It is essential that the rear edge of the spoiler be positioned correctly before the tape fastens on the tailgate.

    Press on the front of the spoiler and press for at least 1 minute on the front center mounting point to allow the tape to adhere properly.

  5. Fit the center nut, without tightening it, through the space left by the brake light.
  6. Open the tailgate and insert the screws.
  7. Tighten the nut on the center spoiler mounting point first and then the screws on the outer mounting points.

    Make sure the clearance between the tailgate and the spoiler mounting points is satisfactory.

  8. Fit the center brake light.

  9. Fit the rubber plugs.
  10. Fit the cover on the inside of the tailgate. Close the tailgate.
