Roof member, hinge member 5D: Fitting

  1. Grind all the surfaces that are to be welded.
  2. Apply welding primer to the surfaces that are to be welded.
  3. Position the roof member and fix it with a few welding clamps.
  4. Weld on the roof member.
  5. Remove any remaining welding primer. Welding primer reduces adhesion of paint, filler and sealant.
  6. Fit the roof. See ROOF 5D  .
