Part of rear frame member: Fitting

- Cut the spare part so that it fits against the existing frame member in the body.
- Fit the spare part and fixate with a couple of welding clamps.
- Adjust the exact position of the frame member using the alignment bench measuring system.
- All-weld the spare part to the frame member in the body.
- Smooth off the weld.
- Fit the rear floor and rear plate.
- Apply primer to all bare metal surfaces.
- Seal joints and seams with sealant.
- Apply PVC substitute on the underside of the floor.
- Apply a thin layer of anti-corrosion agent into members and cavities.
