Antenna system 2
Antenna system 2 comprises:
- AM/FM antenna integrated in the rear right side window.
- AM/FM antenna amplifier, on right-hand side
- FM antenna integrated in the rear left side window
- FM antenna amplifier on the left-hand side
- coaxial cable between the FM amplifier on the left-hand side and the AM/FM amplifier on the right-hand side
- coaxial cable between the AM/FM amplifier and the head unit (radio)
Antenna system 2 has a diversity functions, which means that whichever of the two antennas is giving the best signal is used by the radio receiver. The diversity function works only together with the Saab audio systems Premium and Prestige.
