Setting the year, month and day in the SID.

1. Select the "Date" function.
2. Hold down the SET button for more than 1 second, "year" begins to flash.
3. Scroll up or down to the desired year using the (-) and (+) buttons.
4. Press "SET", the year is stored in the SID unit.
5. "Month" begins to flash. Select in the same way as point 3.
6. Press "SET" to store the "month".
7. "Date" begins to flash. Select in the same way as point 3.
8. Press "SET" to store the "date".

The year, month and date are stored when SET or CLEAR is pressed, and when the ignition is turned off.
