To fit

  1. Clean the sealing surfaces on the vacuum pump and the cylinder head.
  2. Apply new sealant to the vacuum pump and cylinder head, use 90 543 772 Silicone flange sealant, and fit the vacuum pump with adapter.

    Tightening torque 8 Nm (6 lbf ft)

  3. Fit the cable rail with screws

  4. Plug in the connector to the pressure/temperature sensor.
  5. Connect the vacuum hoses to the vacuum pump.
  6. Fit the upper engine cover.
