To Fit

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2001 Saab 9-3. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
NOTE: The centre console must be fitted before fitting the floor console.
  1. Fit the floor console over the handbrake. Do not press down the console but leave it loose.
  2. Feed the window lift and antenna unit connectors (Convertible: interior lighting also) through the applicable holes.

  3. Plug in the window lift module connector and fit the module.

    Convertible:  Connect the interior lighting and fit the switch.

  4. Plug in the remote control receiver connector.
  5. Tighten the floor console retaining screws and nuts.
  6. Put the rear cover in place, making sure the air duct is connected properly to the air nozzle.

  7. Screw on the module.
  8. Fit the ashtray/cover.
  9. Fit the ignition switch cover.
  10. Fit the antenna unit.
