To remove

  1. Remove the weatherstrip from the C-pillar.
  2. Remove the upholstery around the rear quarter light.

  4. Remove the nuts that secure the window.

  5. Attach a lifting handle to the outside of the window.
  6. Get assistance from a co-worker. Press and pull out the side window. Cut the butyl tape sealing the side window with a knife as the window loosens. Be careful not to damage the paint work or side window plastic embedment. Use safety glasses and work gloves.
