To fit

  1. Hook the lock motor onto the plastic hinge and turn in the motor to its original position.

  2. Fit the expander rivet that secures the plastic hinge to the tailgate.
  3. Tighten the bolts for the lock motor.
  4. Fit the tailgate trim, see DOOR TRIM, TAILGATE .
