Relay, hydraulic unit: Fitting

  1. Fit the relay. Make sure the relay is fitted as it was earlier.
  2. Fit the relay holder to the hydraulic unit. Use new plastic rivets if necessary.
  3. Plug in the connectors.
  4. Fit the hydraulic unit to the torsion box.
    IMPORTANT: Check that the emergency operation valve is completely closed.
  5. Replace the luggage compartment mat and refit the cover.

  6. Connect the diagnostics tool and erase any diagnostic trouble codes. See TECH 2 MENU STRUCTURE. .
  7. Operate the soft top for 5 complete cycles. Checks its function and any DTCs.
  8. Raise the rear seat backrest.
