To Fit

  1. Lift the fan into place.
  2. Fit the nuts securing the fan to the fan cowling.
  3. Connect the resistor and connectors to the fan cowling. Anchor the cable to the fan cowling with a cable tie.
  4. Lift the radiator fan cowling into place and screw on the 2 nuts.

  5. Mount the bracket on the battery tray.
  6. Fit the power steering system's fluid reservoir.
  7. Fit the power steering pump's oil pipe and the clips for the radiator's venting hose.
  8. Plug in the radiator fan's connectors.
  9. Fit the heat shield over the exhaust manifold.

  10. Fit the charge air pipe.
  11. Fit the bypass pipe with valve. Use a new O-ring for the connection to the turbocharger's intake pipe.
  12. Fit the throttle body's cover.
  13. Fit the battery and its drain hose.

    Set the car clock and radio code where applicable.
