To Remove

  1. Open the drain plug and drain the coolant. Unscrew the expansion tank filler cap to speed this up.
  2. Detach the upper radiator hose from the expansion tank.
  3. Unplug the level sensor connector.
  4. Remove the attaching bolt for the expansion tank.
  5. Lift up the expansion tank and detach the lower radiator hose.
