To remove

  1. Remove the engine cover.

  2. Remove the cover on the throttle body pedal arm.
  3. Remove the rubber seal and unplug the connector.
  4. Undo the lower screw (can be difficult to get at) with a magnetic T15 bit.
  5. Remove the upper screw.
  6. Remove the solenoid. (not available as spare part)
