Solenoid Valve, EVAP Shut-Off: Dismantling

  1. Raise the car.

  2. Detach the shut-off valve hose from the EVAP canister.
  3. Lower the car slightly.
  4. Clean (using compressed air is necessary) and remove the white cover over the shut-off valve.
  5. Unplug the connector and lift the valve upwards.

  6. Detach the hose connection from the valve.
  7. Remove the valve.
