To fit

  1. First, fit the smaller clamp (without tightening it) and then the larger one.
    IMPORTANT: The plastic screw on the bottom clamp is a safety detail and must always be changed every time it is removed/fitted.
  2. Connect the shut-off valve hose to the EVAP canister.
  3. Spray with Kontakt 61 and plug in the connector to the shut-off valve.
  4. Tighten the clamps.

    Tightening torques 

    plastic screw 1,8 N.m (1,3 lbf ft) 

  5. Lower the car to the floor.
