WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2003 Saab 9-3. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
IMPORTANT: A variant of the ORVR is available on the EU market that lacks both shut-off valve and tank pressure sensor (stripped ORVR)

  3. Detach the shut-off valve hose from the EVAP canister.
  4. Undo the clamps securing the filler pipe and vent pipe.
IMPORTANT: Be careful with the retaining screw on the bottom clamp, as this is a plastic safety screw that must be replaced every time it is removed/fitted.
  5. Remove the vent pipe.
