To fit

  1. Put the main instrument unit into position.
  2. Plug in the connectors at the rear of the main instrument unit.
  3. Screw in the four screws securing the main instrument unit.
  4. Fit the instrument plate, 9 screws.

    NOTE: Carefully bring the instrument plate into position. It could easily be broken or bent out of shape.
  5. Fit the switches, shiny buttons and the seat-belt warning lamp.
  6. Fit the SID unit.
  7. Fit the radio.
  8. Connect the switches for the direction indicators and windscreen wipers and fit the stalks.
  9. Fit the upper and lower steering column cowls.
    NOTE: Set the clock in SID.

  11. Spare parts programming must be carried out after changing the main instrument unit. Follow the instructions given in the "Programming" menu in the diagnostic tool.
