The coolant temperature gauge scale is divided into 5 fixed "breakpoints ", of which 3 are adjustable.

There are two possibilities of adjusting the coolant temperature readings, depending on the fault symptoms:

  1. Coolant temperature corresponding to the fixed breakpoints can be adjusted.
  2. The horizontal breakpoint (gauge reading with engine at operating temperature) can be moved up or down.

Adjustment can be checked afterwards by activating Night Panel with the diagnostic tool.
