Procedure 2

Use felt tape, part no. 49 60 555

  1. Thoroughly clean the vinyl surface which comes in contact with the soft top cover.
  2. Position 7 pieces of felt tape on the vinyl surface; keep the same distance between the pieces.

  3. Fasten the pieces. Check the alignment of the felt tape with the soft top cover.
  4. Check that the noise no longer occurs.
