Procedure 6

Symptom:  Creaking noise

Cause:  Clip marking at A-pillar flange with uneven edges

Cars concerned:  - 27013325

1. Remove Dashboard 
2. Grind the surfaces requiring welding as shown in the illustration.

3. Seam weld as shown in the illustration.
4. Grind the weld.
5. Apply primer to all ground surfaces.
6. Apply anti-corrosion agent after painting. Use Terotex HV 400.
7. Fit the dashboard  .
