Procedure 3

Symptom:  Creaking noise from the right-hand side

Cause:  Inner metal bracket can come into contact with the inner reinforcement.

Cars affected:  X7020086-

1. Remove the door.
2. Remove the lower hinge bolt.
3. Construct a tool according to the illustration.

4. Insert the tool through the bolt hole.

5. Hook onto the metal bracket and pull it out approx. 10 mm.
6. Fit the hinge bolt.
7. Fit the door.
