Fastening the rear-view mirror mounting, CV

  1. Mark the position at the top of the windscreen, in the middle of the blackened area.
  2. Measure 16 mm from the lower line and mark the position of the rear-view mirror base.
  3. Affix the rear-view mirror base using glass adhesive part number (45) 30 06 830.
    IMPORTANT: Protect the windscreen under the rear-view mirror base with some fabric-backed tape in case the screwdriver slips.
  4. Push the mirror down on the base. Use a screwdriver to push it all the way down.
