Remove the 4 transit screws (2 coloured red on each short side) from the new CD changer.
Install the CD changer by means of the four screws and plug in the connector.
IMPORTANT: Make sure the vertical/horizontal setting on the side of the CD changer is in the vertical (V) position.
With Tech 2 connected and communication established, select "PROGRAMMING" in the system menu.
The text "MARRIAGE / DIVORCE" will be displayed.
Press "ENTER".
Select "MARRIED" with the change button and press "OK".
- When installing a CD changer in a Saab 9-3, "MARRIED" should be selected.
"CDC CODE" disappears from the SID and the sound returns.

WARNING: The CD changer is a Class 1 laser product

The CD changer should be serviced and repaired only by a qualified engineer.
If the casing of the CD changer is damaged, laser radiation can occur with a risk of injury.
